Campaign code (referral code)
The Moon signup code that tags an account to a desk or to a partner.
A campaign code is attached to a Moon signup link and tells Moon which affiliate brought the account. The desk has its own code for traders. Partners bring their traders under their own Moon campaign code, which is also what their CSV export is based on.
